About Blaire Melius
Therapy for Pregnancy and Postpartum
Welcome! My name is Blaire, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in working with women who struggle with anxiety and perinatal/postpartum transitions.

I practice psychotherapy, working with you to explore whatever is on your mind, whether past, present, or both. By exploring experiences and patterns, we will work together to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to provide you with tools to handle them.

I graduated from Boston College School of Social Work with a Master of Social Work degree. I have spent the past 9 years working with individuals of all different backgrounds, cultures, religions, and ages. Therapy can be a vulnerable experience, and it is really important to me that you feel comfortable, empowered, and safe. I will work with you to set goals together - going at whatever pace you're comfortable with.
