I am "in network" with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Healthcare, and Oxford.
I am considered "out of network" with all other insurances. If you want to use out of network benefits, I can provide you with documentation called a "superbill" to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. My rates is $175 per session. Payment is due at the time of the session. I accept credit cards and FSA/HSA cards.
